We had a fantastic stay at Gregoriana House - Appartamento Con Vista Su Roma. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Upon arrival, the host was extremely polite and took the time to explain everything to us, despite our late afternoon arrival. the apartment was clean and cozy, with croissants, juice, and water provided in the kitchen. the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and private bathrooms were a treat, and the living room, furnished with antique pieces, felt like a gallery. The strong wifi signal and convenient proximity to the Spagna metro station were added bonuses. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊.

The View: The city views from the terrace of this apartment were absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I was on top of the world, taking in the stunning panorama of Rome. It was like having my own private observation deck, but with the added bonus of a comfortable apartment just steps away.

Airport Distance: The only slight inconvenience I encountered was the distance of the nearest airport. It was a bit far, making the journey to and from a little longer than I would have preferred.

The wifi signal was strong, and the communication with the host was smooth. Plus, there was a convenient grocery store right across the street.

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for two couples traveling together. The ensuite bedrooms provide privacy, while the double sitting room allows for quality time together. The location is great, with easy access to the piazza Spagna and the Spagna metro station. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment is filled with beautiful pictures and antique furniture.

The location couldn't be better! We were in the heart of the city, with iconic landmarks like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain just a short walk away. Plus, there was a supermarket right next door, making it convenient to pick up any essentials we needed.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The noise from the traffic and people outside was quite loud, which affected our sleep quality.

Spacious with extra beds. Two full baths with individual water heaters. Fantastic location. Stayed 9 years ago and loved it so much, returned with daughter. Would definitely go back.
